2022 Sunflower League Girls Golf Championships

The Sunflower League Girls Golf Championships were hosted in three different rounds of golf including: Prairie Highlands on September 12th, Sunflower Hills on September 19th, and Eagle Bend on September 28th. The Olathe Northwest Ravens were the overall team champion as they finished Round 1 with a team score of 326, 2nd Round with a team score of 335, and the 3rd Round with a team score of 322. Their overall score for three rounds of play was 996 which put them in first place to claim the 2022 Sunflower League Girls Golf Championship.

Individual Standings

The 2022 individual champion was Ella Slicker, a freshman, from Shawnee Mission East High School. Ella won all three rounds of Sunflower League play by placing first in each tournament. Her scores included: Round 1 (73), Round 2 (73), and Round 3 (71). Her total score was 217 which placed her first overall in the individual standings. Congratulations to Ella on claiming the 2022 Individual Sunflower League Championship.
